Guitar amp modification plan

Hello, nice to meet you. English is not my native language, so please excuse any awkwardness. I'm currently job hunting and don't have much money or time, but I'm thinking about modifying a guitar amp in the future (I can't do it myself, so I'd like to inquire with a workshop). The amp I'm planning to use as a base is a BOSS KATANA ARTIST MK2.
As you know, this is a digital amplifier. I bought it three years ago, but I've grown tired of both the digital sound and the appearance. Therefore, I'm planning to use a pedal (Science Mother / Axiom PAE-2) for the preamp and power amp emulation.

Since the enclosure is made of MDF, I would like to rebuild it as a semi-closed back cabinet and increase the internal volume by about 10% compared to the original KATANA ARTIST (hereafter referred to as KA). The cabinet will use 18 mm Finnish birch plywood for the sides, top, bottom, and baffle, and 9 mm pine plywood for the back panel. I plan to use finger joints and slot-load bending to create a durable, long-lasting cabinet.

I also plan to remove the preamp circuit and unnecessary contacts, jacks, and potentiometers, leaving only the power amp, headphone jack, speaker, enclosure, and essential connections. The speaker cable will be Mogami 3082, and the speaker will be a BOSS G12W (8Ω). I would also like to use a high-quality, low-noise power supply.

The main challenge is choosing the power amplifier. A Class-D amplifier might seem ideal for clean, uncolored amplification, but from my experience (for example with the Spark), I sometimes feel that Class-D sounds slightly digital. Because of this, I'm looking for a Class-AB power amplifier instead.

My requirements are:

- Discrete Class-AB design (not an IC-based power amp)
- Around 100W output
- Power control similar to the KATANA (ideally variable, such as 0.5W / 50W / 100W)

I'm not considering a vacuum tube power amp due to maintenance requirements and volume constraints.

KATANA is not the "base" but the "speaker supplier."
The essence of the project is the creation of a new custom cabinet equipped with a discrete Class-AB 100W SS power amplifier.

In summary: I want to build a completely new amplifier using only KA speakers (BOSS G12W (8Ω)), but I can't do the modifications myself, so I'm looking for a builder or workshop that will accept this modification plan.

Also welcome suggestions and advice from people other than workshops and builders!

Sorry for the long post. Does anyone know any recommended builders or workshops that could handle this kind of project?

I don't understand why you need the Katana.  It seems like the only part you will be using is the speaker.

You're absolutely right. Sorry, I'll rewrite it!
