Boss GE7 no power

This pedal had a crackling input jack which was switching off intermittently. Now it won't power on at all. I guess I should start at the input jack. Any other guidance? Schematic here https://pin.it/42edqg1Iv

Are you on battery?  Then it relies on the jack to turn on and you likely will have to replace the jack.  Have you tried with an AC adapter?  Some boss pedals won't show the light unless the exact model adapter is used.
