Literally just got notified of this post on Reddit of a really nice tool by user j0sephl that I imagine could be helpful for other folks:

He made it for personal use but decided to publicize it for anyone who might need it. Works on the browser's cache, and can both import and export BOM files in CSV and JSON format.
