dean markley K50 will not power up

Is fuse blown?  Is fuse present?  Are wires from power cord, fuse holder, power switch, power transformer intact?  Is power transformer primary open?  Are any secondary voltages present?

Please  check the fuse.
1 amp is what is the expected fuse.
