i have a bunch of new caps that are 130-156mfd 110-125vac if i hookup one between the 110 cord and the fuse black wire would happen ? less drain on the amp or crash and burn or should i just put it on my tablesaw motor 1/4hp ac.

Um... what are you planning to accomplish?

You wouldn't put one of those motor caps in series with anything other than say a motor winding, and only then as appropriate.  By appropriate I mean a motor designed to have a run cap.

sorry it was a bad brainwave i guess i was thinking of them crunchfields caps you put on your stearo in the car so when ya turn it up the lights wont dim so i was thinking put it in my amp so it will or wont draw much well thanks for your reply im going back to the books.
