I have a crate CR-212 that has both inputs broke, and am having trouble finding a place to order the part, and need how to do myself because I cant afford a $100 repair bill. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Take a good hard look at those input jacks, from above and below the board.
Chance is their solder koints are cracked or even thew board itself is cracked.
That's what happens when somebody trips or steps on the input cable.
Resolder everything with new solder and a good soldering iron, just do not turn it into a big solder blob or puddle.
If any track is cracked, carefully scratch that (usually green) epoxy enamel that covers it on both sides of the crack and solder a small piece of bare wire across the gap.
If tha jacks themselves are bad, there are a zillion parts suppliers out there: Mouser, Digikey, MCM, Parts is Parts, etc.
Google a little.
Good luck.
