oh. lol! I'll check the circuit later today, and then post some pictures. BEWARE, it is a very messy circuit board.

I followed the signal path and got continuity between all the points on the board.

After a big break, I have returned to my Noisy Cricket project. I have completely soldered the entire board, and am getting perfect continuity from the input jack to the speaker terminals. I still can not get any audio through when I touch the end of the guitar jack. What am I doing wrong... lol probably nooby but oh well xD

Also would adding a stereo 3.5mm aux in after the preamp before the 386 change anything? So I could play backing tracks...

I'm building a Noisy Cricket and am adding a headphone output (switched 6.35mm stereo jack), and am wondering how the impedance of my headphones 60Ω would affect the circuit? do I need to change anything or add a capacitor?

No, just trying to find a legible Top Boost AC15 schematic from the 60's, I had heard that was a great source. Oh well.

A lot of other websites are stating the same information. Have you read the book? is it useful? I'm trying to find a legible schematic for a Vox AC15 top boost, which is proving quite difficult, and I read somewhere this book has one in it.

I discovered the book by Tino Zottola on tube amps, looked for it on Amazon, and discovered extremely ridiculous prices of over 2,700 USD? can anyone explain this? thanks  :cheesy:

Just a question… where would be the best place to get a 2 layer 4x2" pcb in low volume? Thanks. I think I might learn to make layouts on simpler designs first.

Hi. I have a friend who is a cabinetmaker and I just wanted to send him some plans...

I'm interested in housing it in a Vox AC4TV style cabinet. ATM i'm trying to draw up some plans but no luck. Do any of you have experience in building cabs or any plans? I couldn't find any online.

How much of an increase in wattage will the TDA2003 make by replacing the 386?
