Crate G40C noise on power up.
Not more than 2 seconds of hum then amp works fine. 
Replaced caps  and diodes in power supply,  blown chip and JFET in chorus section. That works fine now as well.
Any ideas?

Primary measures open (infinite ohms)
Secondary measures 2-3 ohms
I have supplied 16. 4 volts from bench supplies and amp works fine.
I had found one quite sometime ago new for $15 and forgot to bookmark site.

Anyone know where to find a suitable replacement transformer for the Fender 15G?
