Title: How to read tube pinout

Do you guys agree with this

Sorry just want to get this nailed down my head is spinning as in who's on first

Well I was inspired by John Connelly  :dbtu:

I looked up the pinout for a 6U8A tube and the heater is on pins 4 and 5

So I got my meter out and checked for continuity for those pins on the tube itself and then the socket and that seems to work
