Gallien-Krueger's new RB Legacy Series of bass amps were unveiled at the 2025 NAMM Show. These include two new models: 1001RB and the 2001RB Legacy. All analog in design, they use a unique dual power supply made to push the Class H power amp right to the edge. That edge is quite high indeed! The Legacy 1001 pushes 300w RMS @ 8ohm, 400w @ 4ohm, and 600w at 2ohm. The Legacy 2001 moves that up even further and doubles the output using dual channels each pushing the same numbers as the 1001. Alternatively, you can bridge the outputs of the 2001 and push a mono load of 800w RMS @ 8ohm or 1200w @ 4ohm.
MSRP is $1,499 USD for the Legacy 1001 and $2,099 USD for the Legacy 2001.
