Title: Revv G20 wiring help
Post by: Psabin8951 on July 15, 2025, 06:46:05 AM
Hi all,
Does anyone have details of the wiring colours for the main board of a Revv G20 amplifier?
Right side of the board has around 12 spade/blade wired connections with half marked with function and wire colour on silk screen. The remainder don't give any clue. I have enquired with Revv but not received any info so far. User brought it to me with board removed for me to fit a new switch. He didn't record where wires went so I can only guess 50% of them and I don't want to damage it!
Any help appreciated.

Post closeup pictures showing board (both sides) and wires, we might guess what goes where.

Yes, photos would be helpful. But a better question is: where do these wires go? Are they for connecting two boards? A transformer? Looking at that and where the traces going to those connectors can help a lot if you don't have a schematic, but know what is usually connected to where (ground to ground, secondary to rectifier, and so on).
