Title: DIY solid state amp kits?
Post by: sigourneyanderson on September 27, 2024, 05:08:44 AM
Hi all. Customer brought in an old Dynamic solid state which looks like its had one mod too many. Don't want to give up on it, so wondering if I can lay hands on a solid state amp kit?

What wattage are you looking for, just the power amp or pre as well? What power supplies are available or do you want that as well?

How much of, if any, are you saving of the electronics on the old amp?  If using it's power supply, we will need to know what it puts out for voltage(s) as well as the capacity of the supply (maximum amps).
