Title: Changing 2 prong plug to three on baldwin D1 amp

What is involved to change my 2 prong plug to a 3 prong plug on a baldwin D1 amp.

You would need to replace the 2 wire power cable with a 3 wire version and wire in the white and black as per normal, then tie the green to the chassis as ground - it's that simple.  Or, you could go above and beyond and use a IEC power jack (parts express #090-443 or mouser #562-719W-00/02) and detachable power cable.
