Title: Wanted: Recommendations for Pearce G2r schematic
Post by: CT_SS_Enthusiast on April 27, 2011, 02:00:20 PM
I'm an avid Pearce G2r owner who recently stumbled upon this helpful forum.  I'd like to shout out about member Doug, who responded to my private inquiries for help with prompt and solid answers... thanks again Doug.

My G2r gradulally developed the typical dropout problem, despite te replacement of both ribbon cables and cleaning the mechanical connections, etc.  I suspect my problem is due to a dead Alesis effects board, but without a schematic I can't validate the audio paths.

The web site schematicconnection.com claims to offer the full schematic set, though by their admission are slow in responding.  I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for another source.  I'd also gladly compensate any member who might be willing to send or scan a copy of theirs, though I understand the sheets are pretty big!

Thanks to all,

Chris

You might try musicparts.com, They have a schematic for my amp that's nearly impossible to find. They're not free, though. You'll have to buy it. But if they don't have it, no one does. I'll look for it later, and if I find it, I'll post a direct link for you.

Hello again. I just tried to find that schematic you needed, But no luck. Maybe if you could get in touch with the company, or look on ebay, yu might find one. Other than that, I have no idea. Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.

I appreciate you looking  for me LJN.  I'll probably end up ordering one from schematicconnection... as soon as they get back to me.

Just keep looking, one will have to turn up eventually. I'm sure someone will have what you need. :)
