ive got these harman/kardon pc speakers that sound great.. but the amplifier broke down! so i naturally want to put one of them in a guitar amp :)... my question is: how do i find out the impedance /wattage required by the speakers (the inscription back of the speaker tells me nothing)...
ps: the speakers used a 15v 1100 ma transformer for the busted amplifier, if thats any help
Stick a ohm meter on the puppy (this won't really give your the impedance , but it's close enough). the wattage of the speaker , it's safe to say if is smaller that 3 inch's is less than 15watts, other than that , I couldn't be of any help there.
