I found it to be ok with guitar, but very poor with bass. Quite frankly I like the Little Gem better though.

I have a question about this amp, it's possible to add a volume pot and a gain pot? If it's possible.......where can I put it?

As far as I know there isn't anything you can do with the gain on this amp, but you can easily add a volume knob by simply putting a potentiometer in line with the input. I would suggest a 100k audio (log) pot.
I will try it and I will try to put anywhere a Gain Pot too, I think that every chip can work with a Gain Pot, the only one Problem is where to put it, but I'll investigate it.
