Hi,Could you suggest me a good guitar preamp, but with Bipolar transistors or ICs. Thanks

I'd suggest the Dean Markley K20-X preamp.  Sounds great, has a 3 band EQ and uses commonly available parts.

**EDIT**
Please note, it does use a 500 ohm potentiometer for the Mid EQ.  You can get away with using a much more common 1k potentiometer without issue though.
