Okay so about 2 months ago, my practice amp blew... I've had if for about 3 or for years. I would easily buy a new amp but I don't have the money because I am only a small kid at the age of 12. So my question is, how do I find my problem?

It blew when I had it hooked up to a loudspeaker as a cab, and I had something playing through the speaker from my computer at the same time... (Yes I realize I'm dumb for that)

The amp is a small Behringer GM180 Vtone.. The amp is only the amp at the time, In other words, the electronics are seperated from the speaker and they are both out of the wooden frame.

That "chip" at right, mounted offboard on a heatsink-looking thing is most likely the power amplifier packaged into an integrated circuit. Most likely it has failed, so chance is that simply replacing it with a new one will fix the amp.
