I want to use a Sonic Impact  T Amp to build a battery powered keyboard / mini PA amp similar to the Roland Cube Monitor. The Cube Monitor has 30 watts through a  6 ½" speaker and weighs 11 pounds. The T Amp has 9 watts per channel. I want to use an 8" Eminence Alpha with an SPL of 100.9 so it should be loud enough.

Is there a way to put both channels through the same speaker, or will I need to use two speakers?

You need two speakers tripath amps are internally bridged so you cant bridge them yourself externally

Carl

I will plan on two speakers. Thanks for the help.
