Hi RG *Excellent* power supply analysis
Some of the things you say I had found empirically before, but you put it in a very logical way.
Studying those "current rings" in particular strikes me as a very good way to find or predict problems.
I've only read your post briefly, as I'm working now, but I'll re-read it many times later, with a cup of goof coffee by me.
That system works; I read something 20 times, like Teemu's book or any good technical manual or even a good novel, and every single time  I find new, rich things.
Thanks.

Thanks RG, your solution worked perfectly!  Also, the amp sounded great, exactly the same as the original LM3886 kits from Brian.  And I do like the smaller size.
Life is what you make it.
Still rockin' the Dean Markley K-20X
