I don't have any experience specifying or sourcing transformers, but here are some some voltage measurements I took when I was last poking around the circuit. This may help you find a suitable replacement, or (without knowing the amp's current requirements) it may just get you into trouble.
With AC mains voltage measured at 122.0 V, the secondary AC voltage was 13.12 V, and the rectified DC voltage was +/- 16.85 V.
The transformer in my amp has the following information stamped into its case: TEN PAO TP57U19WF. Perhaps this may be useful in getting more detailed specifications? Unfortunately, I don't know how difficult this may prove to be.
As a long shot, there is one in France currently listed on Reverb and one in Germany currently listed on eBay. Perhaps you could reach out to these sellers and ask them for the identification markings on the transformer in their amps? Or just buy one of these amps and try selling yours?
