well i met with the guy and he is amazing. he does stomps to order and custom amps. I bought a stomp that is possibly the heaviest thing ive ever heard before in my life...

sweet after poking around a bit i found a guy just about an hours drive that makes stomps that emulate high dollar amps. he emailed me back with a link to what he thinks is the most massive distortion pedal to date. im going to meet up with him tomorrow afternoon at his shop so he can tweek it to my like....

its not that i want a copy of the d11 i want something that pushes a ton more distortion like emma piswaytu but more distortion.

Well attempted to build my first distortion stomp and it just had a total melt down:(

Does anyone know anyone that can built a massive distortion box thats better than the MXR DD11 dime and pushes mor than the emma piswatu (spelled the last one wrong).

its not that the amp lost some distortion over the years its my never ending evolution that has to do with the distortion. compared to distortion that others use mine is now i find not even in the same relm...

OK, Im new here as i found this forum by searching this question with no luck what so ever. I have an Ibanez TBX150 Head that i loved in the store because it had great amounts of distortion. (I am a metal guitarist on a budget)

Well as a year has passed i dont want to buy a bunch of stomps but thought about sending in my head to have it modded to push out as much distortion (i.e. Gojira and like bands) with that deep punch but tight with a possible mid sweep. But i can almost get that but the lack of distortion is pretty bad now.

Does anyone know of a company that mods amps?? i came up with nothing on google:(
