How do I make a digital switch for an fx pedal?
I need to use that instead of a simple toggle switch.
Maybe I should clarify ::)
I want to put the Noisy Cricket into an old stomp box. It fits nicely, and have the three holes for pots already. However, the old stombox didn't use a mekanicle switch, but some kind of touch switching (it's an old DOD stomp box).
I would like to use that foot switch (which I just called touch switch :duh) for the grit switch in the Noisy Cricket. Can anyone tell me how to do that?
Here's the link for the Noisy Cricket just for the sake :)

If I was doing this project, I would probably change the footswitch with a new dpdt, so you don't have to deal with aditional circuitry.
Did consider it, but it would an ugly space where the original switch was :(
Besides, I would learn a bit ::)
