I realize that randall is known for heavy to metal..but..whats your opinions on using randall rd50c for playing blues? Ran across a new in the box one for under $300! Hell..its a 50watt/tube combo...and I can't get anything close for that price(Tube that is) So..whats you opinions! All Welcome. Thanks.

J M Fahey

Of course you can play Blues with it.

Pierced, tatooed, cargo pants, biker boots, chest long beard Blues (no, I'm not thinking ZZ Top ;) )

Sure you can, and great deal!
You probably want to stay on the clean channel, higher master settings and lower gain settings.
If it has some kind of crazy mid scooped metal eq'ing, stick an EQ pedal in front of it.

Thanks Fahey & g1 for the input. I was trying to stay away from the big 3..Fen..Mar..Vox..to find a different type tone to fit me..this Randall is a little different..but it does have a good, strong voice. With a little dial in,
it should work just fine! Respects. PoorOtis.
