Reverb spring hitting

Guys need some help got the Randall Rh-100 first generation everything is good except the reverb idk when started to make the sound like the springs where moving and hitting each other and that sound mix with the strings sounds happens when I hit really hard some chords and certain notes mostly 12 feet first strings any idea ? Thanks

Welcome to the crazy forum,  
One of the springs may have broken off. You will need to open it up and have a look. Maybe post some pics of what you find inside the tank.
