Is it Laser engraved?

Painted anodized aluminum.
This technology is more durable than silk-screening.
I ordered these panels at this company:

Big panels 9.7"x2" costs about $5 each, small 7"x2" about $3 each.
Panels are 1mm thick &  has adhesive at reverse side.
This is cheaper than laser engraving in quantities more than one.
