Do you know a good  a schematic or way that will stop the hum or buzzing guitar pickup

So if I read correctly, your guitar is creating buzz?  There is a good chance you have a poor ground in your guitar and/or poor wiring in your guitar.  Re-do the wiring there for a start and see how it goes.  Also, you may have a poor jack on your guitar or a bad guitar cable.

Second the rewiring. Had a simular problem myself, my guitar was buzzing if I didn't touch the strings. Reflowing the solder joints helped.
