Title: mid 1990's fender ultra chorus issues
Post by: gregmagill on September 22, 2016, 02:36:44 AM
HI all. First post here. I believe i'm in the right place.
I have a mid 1990's Fender ultra Chorus with 2 12" fender speakers.

I am having a lot of issues with both channel volume controls: It pops a lot and goes in and out all the time. I had serviced a couple of years ago and it seamed to work well, now I am just trying to salvage it. Could it be bad solder on the board?

Yes possibly, but my first suspects will usually be dirty contacts in jacks and connectors.
