hi anyone with info on this amp.after loud hummimg noise both 2a fuses blew.

Sounds like you may have a blown power amp chip and/or rectifying diodes.  Are you comfortable working with electronics?  Any experience?

Isn't that the late 1980's Carlsbro stuff? Likely it's discrete.

Anyway, it's still likely either the power amp, the rectifier or a regulator failure.
