Title: Truss rod or new axe?

Hello! I have an epiphone sg special model

I'm having a lot of fret buzzing. So I checked a few things out and found the neck has a bit of a bend. So I un screwed the truss rod cover and found no truss nut. So, should I look into buying one, or...new guitar all together, any other methods to get the buzzing to go away?

Why not take it to a guitar repairman for an assessment?

A couple of minutes with somebody who really knows what they are doing will tell you all you need to know.  A proper setup generally is generally cheap and can transform a poorly set up guitar.

Is it just the truss rod nut that is missing? That alone would obviously be an easy fix. If it is a more extensive problem, call a repairman.Try watching this video to get an idea of what might need to be done. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Dm_5GDHT2A&ab_channel=stewartmacdonald
