Howdy y'all - I'm brand new to this 'site, and there is so much great stuff here. I'm old and play electric bass and fool around with the six-string thing. I've concluded it's become too difficult, expensive, and in the end pointless and frustrating to maintain and use vacuum tube technology capable of commercial use. That said, I remember the horrid first generation of solid state rigs from the mid-to-late '60's. My, how times (and devices) change! I am really liking my cheap little Vox Pathfinder 12R combo for general indoor stuff in the house. And I see herein some truly cool stuff to explore sound-wise. I will do my best to be a positive contributor. Thank y'all for having me.
Thanks for coming.
Welcome. :tu:
Welcome aboard! And it's true, solid state has come a LONG way in the past 40-50 years.
