LM1875 vs. TDA2050

I got a couple of 12.5v-0-12.5v transformers from parts express because they were on sale and planned on using them in a TDA20xx amp.  Is the LM1875 a better or louder chip than the TDA2050?  With a 1x12 cabinet would either be acceptable to practice with a drummer?

Not sure about the TDA2050, but I have a TDA2030 in my Dean Markley K20X and it's a nice sounding amp.  I am a big fan of the LM1875 though, I have a 2 x LM1875 setup hooked up to my computer right now, it's LOUD.  I've run the guitar through it as well and feel that it sounds better than the LM3886 so many people drool over.
