hello

i have a slightly unethical question that will reveal my hopelessness ...

my friend has an express 112 amp and has blown hell out of the speaker.
he wants to wire the speaker output wires (blue and yellow) to a jack
plug so he can plug it into another speaker cabinet ... can you tell
him which he wires to the tip and which goes to the ground?
can this be done?

cheers,
danny

Don't know the wire colors used there, but with amp unplugged and the spade terminals unhooked from the speaker, one will show contact to ground, the other will not.
You will need a multimeter.
If it has a beeper/buzzer, even better.
Read the manual to know how to measure continuity.
Use a plastic jack so no metallic part from it touches ground or the metallic chassis.
