Title: Crate TV-6210 12au7 tube location
Post by: 4thDoctorWhoFan on October 13, 2011, 08:03:28 PM
Does anyone know the location of the 12au7 tube on a Crate TV-6210 amp?
Any info would help whether its the actual socket number or just a physical description.

Thanks!

HiDoc,

It is normally printed on the glass (12 AU7) along with brand names and other obscure numbers.
Phil.

Thanks but I guess I was not clear on my question.
I received the amp with no tubes.  I don't know where to put the 12au7 tube into the amp.

The 12AU7 is supposed to be in the 4th socket from the input jack , J16. It's the reverb drive tube.
