Hughes and Kettner attax 80 schematics
« on: February 28, 2008, 12:42:43 PM »

 :(

my h & K attax 80 has been with me since 2000 its seen a lot of gigs and not too long ago it just pops the two fuses in the secondary fuse section (power amp) of this 117v model amp. here is a link to the manual
http://87.106.71.220/files/huke/alt/attax80/manual/BDA_ATX_80_96.pdf
I really like this amp and I now have time to work on it does anybody out there possibly have schematics for this amp or info on were I can get them that would be great.
also  in the manual it says must replace with slo-blo 2500 mA....  now I have been using 2A 250v fuses  I don't know if this is the problem?

Does it blow them just by turning it on, or only when playing loud?
