Agree and add: maybe they designed the 60W amp first, and then "dumbed it down" to make the 30W one, using the same chip.Production-wise it simplifies life.Say, the 60W chip costs U$4 (in bulk) and the 30W one costs U$2.50?I'd gladly "waste" the U$1.50 extra and save on storage, PCB design, inventory control, etc.jm2c
